Santa

Today we went to see Santa at Educators Credit Union. Joseph was really good and did not even cry. While we were standing in line I did not know whether or not he was going to sit in Santa's lap. Once it was our turn I guided him up to Santa and he started to turn away when Santa started to talk to him. I was so proud of him for sitting in Santa's lap like a big boy. Last year was another story. He did not like Santa and wanted to have nothing to do with him. We won't get the picture for a couple of days so not picture yet. I will post the picture from last year because it is too funny.
Tonight we went to Lake Belton to see the lights. Joseph loves Christmas lights so we decided to take him to the biggest Christmas light display around here. He really enjoyed seeing all the lights. I did not take my camera so no pictures.

Joseph last Christmas.

November 2008

What a month!! On Nov 9th we celebrated Joe's 31st birthday. On Nov 15 we woke up at 5:00am and headed to Florida for Aunt Jean and Uncle Casey's wedding. We made three stops on our trip. Our first stop we stay in Ft Walton Beach, Florida at Mr. Wilfong's house. It was really nice for him to let us stay at his house.

Our second stop was in Palm Harbor, Florida at the Varvarigos's house. We stayed there for 3 nights. Joseph had a blast playing with Kylie and Colin. We did not go to Disney like we had planned, but we did go to Busch Gardens. Joseph loved all the animals. After Busch Gardens we went to the Keller's house for dinner. We had such a good time hanging out with Mike and Kendra. Kendra even got a video of Joe hula hooping on the Wii fit. I will try to post the video later. It is really funny. In the background you can hear there little girl Morgan cheering Joe on.

The next day we headed south for the wedding. The wedding was just beautiful and Aunt Jean looked gorgeous. At the reception Aunt Jean got a babysitter for the boys. Well Joseph had fun for a while, but he knew we were having fun also. He started getting really fussy so I brought him out to the reception. Let's just say he was the life of the party. He had so much fun dancing and he looked adorable because he was in his pjs. Saturday night we started our long journey home. Joseph was so good on the trip home. It was like he knew we were in a hurry to get home. We finally arrived at home on Sunday at 5:00pm. We already set up for my parents to come get Joseph so I and Joe could get some sleep.

We had a great thanksgiving. We went to Aunt DeDe and Uncle Darrell's house for the day. Joseph loves to go out there because there is so much room for him to run and play outside. He also enjoyed their cows. He really wanted to go in the pin with them.
